The measurements of the filled pillows will always be less than the measurement of the fabric. Usually after filling, pillows measurement reduces about two or three inches. So, an 18 inch pillow will reduce to about 15 or 16 inches when full. Fabric measurements are always exact but full pillow measurements are always approximate.
